This privacy policy explains what personal data we process on jurgita.com and jurgita.lt, why we need it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Last updated on 2 October 2026.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is UAB „Supermodeliai“, the Supermodels model agency, which owns the magazine Jurgita.

The website is maintained by UAB „Elektroniniai sprendimai“, which processes data only on our instructions.
2. What data we process and why
You can read the website without signing in and without giving us any data. We receive data only when you fill something in, and only as much as the website needs to run safely.

In a review we publish only the name you gave, your relation to the agency, the rating and the text. We do not show your e-mail address on the website and do not pass it to the agency.
Your size card, measurements and other tool settings are stored only in your browser. They never reach our server.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, origin, beliefs) and ask you not to include them in enquiries or reviews.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the website to work and require no consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are switched on only if you agree in the cookie bar. Until you agree, analytics and marketing code is not loaded into the page at all.

4. Who receives the data
We do not sell data. It reaches only the service providers the website cannot run without, and only as far as their work requires.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.
The website links to other websites: agencies' pages, shops, social networks, Supermodels registration and the Masterclass. Their own privacy rules apply there.
5. Your rights
- To learn what data about you we process and to receive a copy.
- To ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- To ask us to delete data, including a published review.
- To restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- To withdraw consent at any time: unsubscribe with the link in every newsletter, or change your cookie choice.
- To receive your data in a common electronic format.
Write to info@jurgita.lt. We will reply within 30 days. To avoid handing data to someone else, we may ask you to confirm that the e-mail address is yours.
If you believe we process your data improperly, you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate: L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt, or to the data protection authority of your country.
6. Minors
The website is also read by future models who are not yet 18. Children under 14 may create an account, subscribe to the newsletter or send enquiries only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that there was no such consent, we will delete the data.
7. How we protect data
The website works over an encrypted connection only. We do not store passwords: we keep only a hash from which the password cannot be recovered. Only the editorial team and the website maintainer have access to the database. You can turn on two-factor authentication for your account.
8. Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and put the new date at the top. Account holders and newsletter readers will be told about material changes by e-mail.
