Four skills you will learn in the training
Modelling is a craft: the walk, the poses, working with the camera and presenting yourself. Every lesson works on these four things until they come naturally.

Body, hands, eyesHow to change poses without pauses, what to do with your hands, how to work three-quarter and profile, and how to read a photographer's directions.

Pictures for agenciesFront, profile, full length, portrait: no make-up, no filters, the way agencies ask. We shoot them in the lesson and you learn to repeat them at home.

04Camera and presence
At ease in front of the lensHow to feel at ease on camera, how to move and speak while filmed and how to introduce yourself in 20 seconds. We film your intro video.

Training is separate from representation: it commits you to nothing and does not guarantee a contract, and the agency never charges for representation.

Supermodels is a model agency that has sent models to Milan, Paris, London and the Asian markets for more than 20 years. We work with models on runways, shoots and film sets every day, so we teach not theory but what the work needs.
We teach each person around their goal and type. We never sell a contract: that is the most honest way to start.

No. The agency picks models at castings and never charges for representation. Training helps you prepare, not buy a contract.
02From what age can you take part?
Lessons and groups are from age 14. Under-18s take part with a parent's consent, and parents may sit in.
03Do I need experience or a certain height?
No. The training is for beginners too. We will talk openly about the markets' height and measurement requirements in the lesson, without pressure.
04What should I bring?
Fitted black clothes, your own shoes (heels help for women) and a clean face without heavy make-up.
05Is it for young men too?
Yes. The walk and posing differ for men, so the lesson is adapted.
06When is the group intensive?
When a group fills, usually at a weekend. After you book we tell you the next date; if it does not suit you, we refund or move you to another group.
07Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Book in your name; the recipient agrees the time with us later.
