In the company register the only Flag company found (BCE 0875.609.496, Ghent), which the 2014 ABAM publication names as Flag Models BVBA, has the status 'Arrete, cloture de liquidation' (liquidation closed). The site is live and posts new work but prints neither a company number nor an address; Facebook gives Chaussee d'Ixelles 29. Which company runs the agency today is not confirmed.
KBO and Moniteur belge, 2026-10-19In the KBO the only company FLAG (0875.609.496, Ghent, started 12 August 2005, a BV since 9 January 2024 with director Fabrice Dendraen) is marked 'Stopgezet, Sluiting van vereffening' since 21 May 2026; the site flagmodels.com is live but prints no company data, and the ABAM site still lists Flag among its members with the phone +32 2 219.21.41.

The Mannequinat.fr directory adds that since September 2016 the agency also represents children and teenagers, although the current site menu has no kids board.
