Frequently asked
01Which words should a new model know first?
Start with the ones about money and the contract: commission, advance, statement, usage rights, option and confirmation. They decide what you earn and what you sign.
02Why is modeling full of English words?
Modeling is international: agencies, clients and models work across countries, so the shared working language is English, and the same terms are used almost everywhere.
03What is the difference between a mother agency and an agency abroad?
The mother agency discovered the model and represents them through their career; an agency abroad works with them in one market and shares the commission with the mother agency.
04What is a model statement?
The agency's account showing all the model's jobs, the commission and the costs, such as the apartment or flights, and the balance the model receives.
