The Agency is a Milan-based company opened in September 2024. We’re dedicated to nurturing and representing a diverse roster of fashion talents, connnecting models with editorials, runways, and commercial opportunities across Italy and internationally.

How to apply to The Agency

  1. Apply through the agency's website (see the link above): most agencies have a "become a model" page with a form or an e-mail address. Prepare 4–6 unretouched digitals and your measurements.
  2. Check its website or Instagram for open-call days; if none are listed, apply online.
  3. If you are represented by a mother agency, let it make the introduction – that is how most placements abroad start.
  4. Models from abroad can apply; a work permit is arranged by the agency once a placement is agreed.
  5. Never pay to apply. A licensed agency earns a commission on your work, nothing upfront.
