EU 38 is a US 6 and UK 10 – about a 72 cm (28 in) waist and 96 cm hips.

02How do I choose the trouser length?

The inside leg is usually about 45% of your height: about 77 cm (L30) for 170 cm, about 81 cm (L32) for 180 cm. Classic trousers should cover half the shoe, slim ones end at the ankle.

03How does a men's 48 relate to W32?

A men's EU size is half the chest and is used for suit trousers; W is the waist in inches. A 48 usually matches W33–34.
