Elite Amsterdam
Works with: women, new faces
Elite Amsterdam is a modeling agency based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.
Profile in progress – facts are still being verified.

Worth knowing
The agency's own site says the office is in Hoofddorp (Burgemeester van Stamplein 288), with a mailing address at Herengracht 124 in Amsterdam. On its application page the agency states that its scouts and agents never request payment for recruitment and never ask for nude or lingerie photos.
Agency website, 2026-10-12De Volkskrant wrote on 10 March 2018, in an investigation into test photographer Yorick Nubé and under-age models, that Elite was still working with him although other large agencies had stopped. Director Suzanne Pots told the paper that she was hearing about the complaints for the first time and that young girls were photographed in the agency's studio, not at the photographer's home.
de Volkskrant, 2018-03-10Faces Online published an interview with director Suzanne Pots on 31 January 2018. She said that she and her husband built the agency Fresh Model Management over seven years, that Elite World then took it over and that it became Elite Model Management Amsterdam.
Faces Online, 2018-01-31NOS reported on 7 March 2012 that Ananda Marchildon won her case against the model agencies Elite and MTA: the court held that the agencies could not demand a 90 cm hip measurement because it was 92 cm when the contract was signed, and ordered them to pay the remaining 65,000 euros of the prize. According to NOS, Elite was considering an appeal. The case concerns the earlier management of the Amsterdam office, before the founders of Fresh Model Management took it over.
NOS, 2012-03-07The Guardian reported on 3 February 2012 that Ananda Marchildon, winner of Holland's Next Top Model 2008, was suing Elite. She said she had received only 10,000 euros of a promised 75,000 euro contract and had been dropped because her hips were 2 cm too wide.

How to apply to Elite Amsterdam
- Apply through the agency's own online form – the link is above. Prepare 4–6 unretouched digitals and your measurements.
- Check its website or Instagram for open-call days; if none are listed, apply online.
- If you are represented by a mother agency, let it make the introduction – that is how most placements abroad start.
- Models from abroad can apply; a work permit is arranged by the agency once a placement is agreed.
- Never pay to apply. A licensed agency earns a commission on your work, nothing upfront.
