Ulla Models
Works with: women, new faces
Ulla Models is a modeling agency based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, founded in 1978.

Worth knowing
The agency's contact page says Ulla Models Nederland is part of Max Models B.V., and the office is at Rokin 69, the same address as Touché Models and MaxMen. The site also says the agency has signed The Model's Health Pledge.
Agency website, 2026-10-12The agency's own site says that in 2024 the agency Future Faces joined Ulla Models and that the two well-known agencies merged into one under the Ulla Models name. The domain futurefaces.com now redirects to the Ulla Models site.
Agency website, 2026-10-12De Volkskrant, in its 10 March 2018 investigation into photographer Yorick Nubé, quoted a former model called Lieke who accused Ulla Models of having contributed to her agreeing to pose nude and said the agency waved away her mother's concerns. The agency replied through a lawyer that it was shocked, had known nothing of this and that the claim that one cannot be an Ulla model without taking part in erotic shoots was entirely untrue. The paper wrote that the agency's lawyer threatened legal steps.
de Volkskrant, 2018-03-10In the same Volkskrant article of 10 March 2018 an Ulla Models booker said the agency had stopped working with this photographer because the way he presented models on his site did not suit the agency's under-age models. The paper also wrote that the agency made an exception for under-age nudity if the model herself and her parents had no objection.
de Volkskrant, 2018-03-10The agency's own site says Ulla Models was founded in 1978 and was Amsterdam's first modeling agency. In its page description it calls itself Amsterdam's longest-running model management agency.

Ulla Models in its own words
Ulla Models, founded in 1978, was Amsterdam's first modeling agency. Now, after more than four decades, it is recognized globally for discovering new talent and providing personal guidance.
How to apply to Ulla Models
- Apply through the agency's own online form – the link is above. Prepare 4–6 unretouched digitals and your measurements.
- Check its website or Instagram for open-call days; if none are listed, apply online.
- If you are represented by a mother agency, let it make the introduction – that is how most placements abroad start.
- Models from abroad can apply; a work permit is arranged by the agency once a placement is agreed.
- Never pay to apply. A licensed agency earns a commission on your work, nothing upfront.
