In short
- Our catalogue lists 5 agencies in Thessaloniki out of 24 in Greece; only Athens has more (13).
- Top Class International and TEAM modelmanagement have worked since 1995, No Limits Models since 2016 and Bodé Agency since 2022.
- The catalogue lists every agency that represents models, and we do not vouch for them: profiles show what we found, including paid seminars and what an agency itself says about fees for applicants.
- A metro ticket and a bus ticket cost €0.60 each, a day ticket €2.50 and a 30-day pass €16.
This page covers only what is specific to Thessaloniki. Contracts, commission, tax, rules for minors and papers are covered in the guide Modeling agencies in Greece.
Thessaloniki's agencies
Greece has neither a licence for model agencies nor an association of them, so the catalogue lists every agency that represents models. We do not vouch for them or recommend them: each profile shows what we found, good and bad. We have an office address for three of the five Thessaloniki agencies.
| Agency | Location | Nearest metro station |
|---|---|---|
| Top Class International | Tsimiski Street, centre | Venizelou; Agias Sofias |
| No Limits Models | Ermou Street, centre | Venizelou |
| TEAM modelmanagement | Athanasiou Diakou Street, Agios Pavlos | no metro nearby; Sintrivani is about 1.3 km away |
Top Class International writes that in 1995 it was the first to start out in the Thessaloniki market; it was founded by Marina Papadopoulos, a former model. It is the city's broadest agency: in the catalogue it has women's, men's, new faces, commercial, curve, sport, talent and kids boards, and the kids board is private: the agency shows it on request. Next to the agency it runs paid seminars on catwalk, posing, image and self-esteem; on its application form the agency writes that it never asks for money for registration.
No Limits Models dates its story from 2016. The owner, Gianna Vlachou, a former model, said in an interview that she had worked at the agency as a booker since 2012 and took it over from the previous owner in 2016. The agency has women's, men's and new faces boards and works as a mother agency. It looks at photos free of charge and asks for more than 1.74 m for women and 1.84 m for men.
TEAM modelmanagement was founded in 1995 by Xenia Delliou and Diana Rubner; the agency calls itself one of the country's longest-running fashion agencies. It has women's and men's boards, looks at photos free of charge and states a height of 173–181 cm for women and 184–190 cm for men. Its office is outside the centre, on the hillside in Agios Pavlos.
Bodé Agency was founded by Alexia Kouvela in 2022. The agency calls itself the first plus size agency in Greece; its board has 12 plus size and mid size models. The office is in Thessaloniki, but the agency works in Athens as well. Applications are free, and the catalogue has no office address for it.
Image Models Agency has the shortest record in the catalogue. On 11 October 2026 its website showed only a "coming soon" notice, so we could not check a model board. The agency is active on its Instagram account, and its Facebook page says it has worked since 2003. No boards or address are assigned in the catalogue.
The Athens agency Happy People Models also has a branch in Thessaloniki, on Navarchou Kountouriotou Street near Venizelou station, with separate boards of local models. It sells modelling workshops at €300 and €500 plus VAT.
Three agencies each have a women's and a men's board, 2 each a curve and a new faces board, and 1 each a kids, commercial, sport and talent board. You will find agencies by board on the pages women, men, curve, new faces, kids, commercial, sport and talent.
Work and clients
Thessaloniki is Greece's second-largest city. The attica department stores trade here, one of them on the same Tsimiski Street as Top Class International. The agencies' own profiles name advertising, talent management and fashion work, so here, as across the country, much of the work is for advertising. The country's fashion week is held in Athens, so before you sign, ask the agency how many of its bookings are in the capital and who pays for the trip in that case. There is more on that market on the page Athens modeling agencies.
Transport and housing
Thessaloniki metro fares, checked on 11 October 2026:
- a single-journey ticket is €0.60;
- a day ticket, valid for 24 hours from the first validation, is €2.50;
- a pack of 10+1 tickets is €5.80;
- a 30-day pass is €16 and a 90-day pass €45.
City buses are run by OASTH. A bus ticket in the urban zone costs €0.60 and is valid for 70 minutes from the first validation, a ticket for the peri-urban zone costs €0.80, a day ticket €2.50 and a 30-day pass €16. A metro ticket has to be validated both on the way in and on the way out.
We found no reliable data on model apartment prices in Thessaloniki, so ask for the housing cost in writing. As a guide, there is the price index of the portal Spitogatos: in the second quarter of 2026 the highest asking rent in the city was in the centre, at €12 per square metre a month, so a 40 m² flat would cost about €480 before utilities. Asking rents in Thessaloniki rose 6.6% in a year.
How to get started
- Take simple digitals in daylight and write down accurate measurements.
- Check on the agency's profile what we found about fees for applicants, seminars and payment terms, and compare it with others.
- Before you sign, ask for the contract in writing and look in it for the commission, the length of the exclusivity and the payment term. In Greece you wait several months for your fees.
- Be wary of people who write in an agency's name from personal accounts and of pressure to pay at once: these are signs of a modeling scam.
- Contracts, tax and the rules for minors are covered in the guide Modeling agencies in Greece.
