In short
- The catalogue has two agencies in Ibiza: Deva Models (since 2007, an AMAE member) and Satory Models.
- Deva Models boards: women, men, curve, seniors and kids; Satory Models: women and men.
- Both work beyond the island: Deva Models in Mallorca and Marbella too, and Satory Models in Barcelona from November 2026.
Modeling work in Ibiza
Ibiza is one of the Balearic Islands, and our catalogue lists two agencies there. Deva Models was founded in 2007 by former model Eva Hrabovska. The agency's website tells how the island lacked professional models, make-up artists and photographers at the time, so she began holding castings and scouting across Ibiza. Today Deva Models is an AMAE member with an office in Ibiza town; it also works in Mallorca and Marbella and offers clients shoot production services.
Satory Models describes itself as an independent boutique agency with roots in Berlin. It represents models for fashion, beauty and commercial work, and from 1 November 2026 it will operate in Barcelona as well. Both agencies have application forms on their websites.
The nearest markets and how to get there
- Palma – The Mallorca Models International, which works across Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca.
- Madrid – 19 catalogue agencies and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, held twice a year.
- Barcelona – 43 catalogue agencies, the seat of the AMAE association and Spain's second fashion week, 080 Barcelona Fashion.
How to get started
- Take simple digitals in daylight and write down accurate measurements.
- For shoots on the islands, the local agencies fit; for fashion work, pick a few agencies in Madrid or Barcelona and only travel once you have been invited to meet.
- Apply through each agency's official channels. A genuine agency does not charge for applying or for a casting; being asked to pay for registration or a shoot is a sign of a modeling scam.
- Contracts, tax and the rules for minors are covered in the guide Modeling agencies in Spain.
