In short
- The catalogue has one agency in Silkeborg out of 32 in Denmark: Vero Model Management, a company since 31 March 2025, the newest in the Danish part of the catalogue.
- We do not vouch for it. The site prints neither a street nor a town; Silkeborg comes from the register, and the news is about Copenhagen Fashion Week.
- Requirements: women 173-181 cm, men 184-190 cm, from age 14, parental consent under 18; the site mentions no fee to applicants.
- On the charter's page the agency is listed under brands; the nearest agencies are in Herning and Aarhus.
Vero Model Management
Silkeborg is a town of lakes and forests in mid-Jutland, 45 km from Aarhus and 40 km from Herning. Of the 32 Danish agencies in our catalogue, one is here. Denmark has no licence for model agencies, no register of them and no association of agencies, so the catalogue lists every business that represents models. We do not vouch for them, and each profile shows what we found, good and bad: fees charged to applicants, the company's status in the register, what the site publishes and what it does not.
Vero Model Management writes that it was born from a shared vision to create an agency that values trust as highly as talent and individuality as much as professionalism. There are two founders: Emily Kamstrup, a model with international experience and senior booker, and Pia Kamstrup, director with 35 years of business experience; a booker, Annika, works there too. In the copy of the Danish company register Vero Model Management ApS (CVR 45510522) was registered on 31 March 2025 at Baldersvej 9, 8600 Silkeborg, status normal; the directory Krak shows the same address and a phone number. The oldest news entry on the site is dated 13 August 2025, so the agency has been working in public for a little over a year.
The boards: a women's mainboard with 16 named models, Development, and a men's board with 9 models. The requirements for applicants are printed clearly: women 173-181 cm, men 184-190 cm; no applications under 14, and written parental consent under 18. Applications go only through the site's form with portrait, profile and full-body photos. The agency says it does not work with people with untreated eating disorders and warns: if someone online asks for pictures in underwear or nude, be cautious. The site mentions no fee to applicants and no commission rate; ask for both in writing.
The site shows neither a street nor a town, only "Denmark" and the CVR number. Denmark's e-commerce act requires a commercial website to show a physical address as well, so this is a gap, although the company is live in the register. We took the catalogue's town from the register. The news is about Copenhagen Fashion Week, and the title of the agency's TikTok account invites you to become a model in Copenhagen, so part of its work may take place in the capital. Before a meeting, ask where it will be held and at which address the contract is made.
Copenhagen Fashion Week and the charter
For a small agency this is a good start: the site's news says the agency's models walked the Copenhagen Fashion Week SS27 shows of Solitude, Gestuz and René, held from 3 to 7 August 2026. Fashion week takes place twice a year, in January or February and in August, and the next edition is AW27, 1 to 5 February 2027. Every brand on the official schedule must have signed the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter and must file casting sheets after the week with each model's name and mother agency; Danish models must have had the charter's health check, foreign models must provide a medical certificate.
Vero Model Management writes that it is proud to support the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter, and its name is on the charter's signatory page, but in the group "Brands" rather than "Model agencies". The catalogue records the membership because the name is on the list. The charter binds signatories to pay for every commercial job, to send Danish models for a health check from 16, and to follow the age rule: work from 16, at 15 with a dispensation and an accompanying adult. The agency's application floor of 14 is below the charter's working age, as at Unique Models and Scoop Models.
The Silkeborg market
Silkeborg has few clients, so the agency's models work in Copenhagen and Aarhus. In mid-Jutland our catalogue has seven agencies: four in Aarhus, where Unique Models holds an open casting every Friday from 14.00 to 16.00 and Le Management has its registered seat, and one each in Herning (LESS Models, whose board includes models from Silkeborg), Ebeltoft (Casablanca Models) and Silkeborg. Nearby, Brande is home to the clothing group BESTSELLER and Herning to the trade body DM&T. Most agencies, 16 of 32, are in Copenhagen. If you are comparing, Vero Model Management is the only agency in the small Jutland towns with a fashion week runway in its news; the Aarhus and Copenhagen agencies have more models and a longer history.
Before you apply
Agencies in Denmark need no licence, so the checking is yours: the site must show the company's name, address, e-mail and eight-digit CVR number, which you can check free of charge at datacvr.virk.dk. Fees are taxed as B-income, and an EU citizen needs only a passport for up to three months. All of this is in the Denmark guide.
- Take plain digitals in daylight: the agency's form asks for portrait, profile and full-body photos.
- Check your height: 173-181 cm for women and 184-190 cm for men are the usual fashion agency ranges, and Smash Agency in Aarhus and LESS Models in Herning are more open to other looks.
- Before a meeting, ask in writing where it will be held, whether anything has to be paid for and what the commission is; in the contract look for the length of exclusivity and the payment term.
- If someone writes to you in the agency's name from a personal account and asks for pictures in underwear, it is a sign of a modeling scam; Vero Model Management itself warns about this.
