In short
- The catalogue has one agency in Roermond: Inside Out Models, founded in 1999.
- Registration is free; those who cannot issue an invoice are charged EUR 2.50 per settlement.
- The fee is paid out only after the client has paid, sometimes three months later.
- In October 2026 the agency is casting for a promotional video for a Roermond museum.
Inside Out Models
Roermond is a city in the province of Limburg, in the south-east of the Netherlands. Of the 100 agencies in the country in our catalogue, one is here. The catalogue lists every business that represents models; we do not vouch for them, and each profile shows what we found, good and bad.
The site of Inside Out Models says the agency was founded in 1999 by former model Leila de Wit. It describes itself as an internationally working model and casting agency that mainly takes all-round commercial jobs: advertising campaigns, adverts, posters and websites, and also corporate and feature films, television programmes and commercials. It mediates not only for photo models and mannequins but also for actors, extras, presenters and hostesses. Its file is divided into women, men and children, and the site prints KVK number 56798334.
The agency publishes only a correspondence address in Roermond, so the catalogue gives no office you can walk into. That it is working now is shown by its open calls page: in October 2026 it carries a casting for a promotional video for the Cuypershuis museum in Roermond. A family, people in their twenties and thirties and people over 60 are wanted. A call like this shows well what work to expect here: local advertising and ordinary, recognisable faces.
Money: what is free and what you wait for
In its FAQ the agency says registration is free. There is one deduction and it is named plainly: a model who cannot issue an invoice is charged EUR 2.50 in administration costs per settlement. The other condition is less comfortable. The fee is paid out only once the client has paid the agency's invoice, and according to the agency itself that can sometimes take up to three months.
Late payment by clients is not one agency's problem in the Netherlands: in a 2020 evaluation of the sector commissioned by the Ministry of Health, both agencies and models spoke of it. Even so, when you plan your income, count on money for an October job possibly arriving in January.
The commission rate is not among the facts we collected from the agency's FAQ, and in the Netherlands neither a law nor an association sets it. So that is a number you need to hear from the agency itself before the first booking. Ask too whether anything else is deducted from the fee besides the EUR 2.50 mentioned above.
Other markets
- Weert has Division Models; in 2017 the business paper Zakenblad wrote that this agency was opening an office in Roermond too, but its site shows none today.
- Heerlen and Maastricht have the other three Limburg agencies.
- Amsterdam has half the catalogue, 50 agencies of 100.
How to get started
- Look at the open calls on the agency's site: they show what kind of people are wanted this week.
- Find out whether you will be able to issue an invoice yourself; if not, EUR 2.50 is deducted per settlement.
- Before every job ask for the fee, the commission and the payment term, and ask for them in writing.
- If you are registering a child, ask who will apply for the permission to work: that is the employer, a parent or the producer, not whoever runs the casting.
- More on how the country works is in the guide Modeling agencies in the Netherlands.
